The web site of EFOI is a communication tool created by the Indian Ocean Commission (COI) with the financial support of the European Union (EU) as a link between the women entrepreneurs of the Indian Ocean zone to facilitate and encourage the economic exchanges so as to reach the Objectives of Millenaire for the Development ( OMD).
